We always use the utmost care in cleaning your garments and household items. However, due to the wide variations in materials, fabrics, and dyes used in their manufacturing, we kindly ask for your authorization before proceeding with the cleaning. 

By signing this release, you agree to release OZO2 from liability in the event of any issues that may arise during cleaning, despite our best efforts.

Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for trimmings, buckles, buttons, belts, sequins, or other embellishments, and we cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics. Your signature on this form will confirm your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
