Suede and Leather Release
Please read and fill out the form below.
Suede and leather garments, being made from animal skins, can sometimes have natural imperfections that may not be visible before cleaning. In addition to normal wear and tear, we would like to make you aware of the following potential conditions:
- Certain areas of the skin may have weak or thin spots that could wear down during cleaning.
- Prior exposure to moisture or heat can cause the skin to become stiff, tender, or brittle.
- Some skins, even after dyeing, may retain faded areas.
- As with other fabrics, not all stains may be completely removable.
- Uniform color cannot be guaranteed if the skins were not evenly matched during manufacturing.
- Heavily soiled linings may be challenging to clean thoroughly.
By completing and submitting the form below, you acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold OZO2 Eco Dry Cleaners liable for any changes in the garment’s color, size, shape, texture, or for any tears or damage that may occur during the cleaning process.
